How do payments work?

When a customer places an order, payment is collected securely by Solvraze through our integrated payment gateway. Once the order is confirmed, Solvraze calculates your net earnings (order total minus our commission) and transfers the amount to you directly.

Do I need to set up my own payment gateway account?

No. Solvraze handles all payment processing through a single platform-level integration. You do not need to create or manage your own payment gateway account — we collect customer payments on your behalf and pay you out.

When and how will I receive my earnings?

After a successful order, your net earnings (order total minus our commission) are recorded and queued for payout. Our admin team reviews and disburses payments either via bank transfer or through our platform payout system. You can track all pending and completed payouts from your merchant dashboard.

When is the commission billed?

Platform commission is deducted from each order before your payout is calculated. You will always see a clear breakdown of your earnings and the commission amount in your dashboard.

What happens if I miss a commission payment?

If an outstanding commission invoice is not settled by its due date, your store will be temporarily frozen. A late penalty is applied after a one-month grace period. Paying the outstanding balance restores your store immediately.

Yes. Our integrated payment gateway supports major credit and debit cards as well as popular local Pakistani payment methods.

Can I use my own domain name for my store?

Yes. Every store gets a free subdomain (yourstore.solvraze.com) by default. You can also connect a custom domain you own through your store settings.

Absolutely. Choose from our pre-built themes and personalize your store's colors, fonts, and logo directly from the store settings panel.

How do I add products with multiple sizes or colors?

Solvraze supports full product variations. You can define custom attributes (size, color, material, etc.), set individual SKUs, stock levels, prices, and even upload separate images for each variant.

Can I offer discount codes to my customers?

Yes. Merchants can create coupon codes with custom discount amounts or percentages, usage limits, and expiry dates from the store dashboard.
