Terms of Service

Welcome to Solvraze. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Solvraze platform, including all associated services, tools, and features. By accessing or using Solvraze, whether as a merchant or a customer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Platform Overview

Solvraze is a multi-vendor e-commerce platform that enables merchants to create and operate online stores, and customers to browse and purchase products from those stores. Solvraze facilitates this marketplace but is not the seller or buyer in any transaction between merchants and customers.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Solvraze.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately at info@solvraze.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Merchant Terms

3.1 Onboarding & Approval

All merchant applications are subject to review and approval by the Solvraze team. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Approved merchants may begin listing products and operating their store upon receiving written confirmation from us.

3.2 Merchant Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, and stock levels.

  • You must fulfill orders in a timely manner and communicate proactively with customers regarding delays or issues.

  • You must comply with all applicable Pakistani laws, including consumer protection, tax, and trade regulations.

  • You must not list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal products on the platform.

3.3 Platform Commission

  • Solvraze charges a minimal commission on the net value of each completed order processed through your store.

  • Commission is billed every 15 days. Invoices are generated automatically and payable within the stated due date.

  • Failure to pay commission by the due date will result in your store being frozen (no new orders accepted) until the outstanding balance is cleared.

  • A 10% penalty will be applied to any commission balance that remains unpaid after a 30-day grace period from the original due date.

  • Solvraze reserves the right to update the commission rate with 30 days' advance notice to merchants.

3.4 Payouts

Customer payments are collected by Solvraze via PayFast. Merchant payouts are disbursed by Solvraze to the merchant's registered PayFast account within 5-7 business days of order confirmation. Solvraze temporarily holds merchant funds pending disbursement. The platform commission is deducted at source and settled through the 15-day billing cycle.

3.5 Store Suspension & Termination

Solvraze reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a merchant's store for:

  • Non-payment of platform commission beyond the grace period.

  • Repeated customer complaints or fraudulent activity.

  • Violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

  • Listing prohibited or counterfeit products.

4. Customer Terms

4.1 Purchases

When you place an order on Solvraze, you are entering into a contract with the individual merchant, not with Solvraze. Solvraze facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the sale. Product availability, quality, and fulfillment are the merchant's responsibility.

4.2 Payments

All payments are processed securely through PayFast, Pakistan's trusted local payment gateway. By completing a purchase, you authorize the payment for that transaction. Solvraze does not store your payment details.

4.3 Returns & Refunds

Return and refund policies are set individually by each merchant and displayed on their store. Solvraze is not responsible for enforcing merchant refund policies, but we provide a dispute resolution process for customers who cannot resolve issues directly with a merchant. 4.4 Reviews

Customers may leave reviews on products they have purchased. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and respectful. Solvraze and merchants reserve the right to remove reviews that contain offensive content, spam, or false information.

5. Prohibited Conduct

All users, merchants and customers are prohibited from:

  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Attempting to manipulate search rankings, reviews, or platform algorithms.

  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Pakistani law.

  • Interfering with or disrupting the platform's infrastructure, security, or other users' accounts.

  • Scraping, reverse-engineering, or reproducing any part of the platform without written permission.

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Solvraze platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of Solvraze and protected by applicable law. Merchants retain ownership of their product content (images, descriptions) but grant Solvraze a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

7. Limitation of Liability

Solvraze provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law:

  • Solvraze is not liable for any losses arising from transactions between merchants and customers.

  • Solvraze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

  • Our total liability to any user in any circumstance shall not exceed the commission or fees paid by that user to Solvraze in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active merchants and customers of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
