When is the 5% commission charged?

The commission is charged only on orders that are completed (not cancelled or returned). It's billed every 15 days - on the 1st and 16th of each month. You receive an invoice and have a few days to pay before any account restrictions.

What payment methods can I use to pay the commission?

You can pay your commission invoice via online bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or any other method we agree on. Contact us if you need a specific payment method.

What happens if I don't pay the commission invoice on time?

You'll receive a warning 3 days before the due date. If the invoice remains unpaid past the due date, your store may be temporarily frozen until payment is made. A 10% penalty applies to invoices overdue by 30+ days.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The only cost is 5% commission on completed orders. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no listing fee, no feature unlocking fee.

Does the 5% apply to COD orders too?

Yes. The 5% commission applies to all completed orders regardless of payment method - whether COD or online payment.

How much does a custom domain cost?

Your store is free on a subdomain (yourstore.solvraze.com). If you want a custom domain like mybrand.com, you purchase that domain yourself from any registrar (Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.) and connect it to your store. We don't charge extra for the custom domain connection.

Can I cancel my store at any time?

Yes. You can close your store at any time. You'll need to settle any outstanding commission invoices before closure.

Is the demo account free?

Yes. The 3-day demo gives you a fully functional store with sample products at no cost. After the demo, you can upgrade to a full account and start accepting real orders.
