From Customers

  • Payment information: Payment transactions are processed by SafePay. Solvraze does not store your card or banking details.

  • Usage data: Pages visited, products viewed, and interactions with the platform to improve your experience.

From Merchants

  • Business information: Store name, business type, contact details, and identity verification documents required during onboarding.

  • Financial information: Bank account details for receiving payouts via SafePay.

  • Store activity: Products listed, orders processed, commission billing records, and dashboard usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account on the platform.

  • To process orders, facilitate payments, and handle merchant payouts.

  • To calculate and bill platform commission to merchants on a 15-day cycle.

  • To send transactional notifications (order confirmations, shipping updates, billing invoices) via email or WhatsApp.

  • To detect fraud, enforce our policies, and maintain platform security.

  • To improve our platform features based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

  • To comply with applicable Pakistani laws and regulations.

  • Between merchants and customers: When you place an order, the merchant receives your name, shipping address, and contact information necessary to fulfill that order.

  • Payment processors: SafePay receives transaction data necessary to process payments securely.

  • Courier services: Shipping information may be shared with courier partners (e.g., TCS, Leopards, Trax) to facilitate order delivery.

  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by Pakistani law or in response to valid legal requests.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Merchant financial records and transaction histories are retained for a minimum of 5 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations.
